Plant Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The Plant Engineering Manager will lead a diverse technical team responsible for developing plant engineering proposals and new product developments, driving timely decision-making on technical issues related to GEH's new plant technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering design and project leadership.
• 8+ years of experience in the nuclear industry or large-scale power projects.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management skills.
• Knowledge of EPC processes and nuclear technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple demands and priorities.
• Proven ability to drive results in a team environment.
• Understanding of regulatory agency guidelines.
