Overview

The Senior Support Engineer will serve as the frontline resource for the engineering workforce, handling, troubleshooting, and resolving customer requests and issues while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in support or engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting distributed systems.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms like Jira or Zendesk.
  • Experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is a plus.
