Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager: Process, Tools, and Analytics is responsible for defining/refining the Coursera sales process and building sales playbooks to assist the revenue team in executing each phase of the sales process.

In Short

  • Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with RevOps to optimize sales tech stack usage.
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-impact sales playbooks.
  • Provide insights into seller performance and measure enablement impact.
  • Act as a liaison in the EMEA region for sales enablement programs.
  • Occasional travel (<25%) required for key meetings.
  • Collaborate with peers to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Engage with local sales management for feedback and best practices.
  • Support the revenue team in executing sales processes.
  • Work with data tools to identify trends and gaps in sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related role.
  • Experience using sales data to refine processes and measure impact.
  • Proven ability to drive value from sales tools.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
