In Short

• Lead successful customer implementations across our product suite.
• Involve in support processes and help users navigate the platform.
• Drive admin and end user functional training.
• Make informed, data-driven feature recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and product teams.
• Develop deep product knowledge.
• Empathize with customer problems.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage project plans and monitor progress.
• Communicate clearly regarding user experience and technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience leading software system implementation projects.
• Ability to set priorities and create project plans.
• Proactive in identifying project risks and issues.
• Strong process management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of database and SaaS architecture.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management tools and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
