The Seller Support organization at Coupang is responsible for planning and operating systems for compensating sellers for their losses. This involves establishing compensation criteria based on e-commerce laws and Coupang's terms and reviewing seller compensation requests accordingly.

In Short

  • Handle seller information change requests and inquiries received at Coupang's seller center.
