Cortica is looking for a full time, remote Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team!

In Short

• Provide administrative support for an excellent employee experience.
• Execute HR processes and administrative tasks across HR programs.
• Gain exposure to different functional areas of HR.
• Build HR systems, processes, and programs from the ground up.
• Own the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Organize HR personnel files and maintain compliance.
• Manage employee data on HRIS.
• Increase efficiencies in HR processes.
• Conduct HR trainings for employees and managers.

Requirements

• Passion for building something new in a fluid environment.
• 1+ years of HR-related experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work reliably in a remote setting.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
