Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Senior Software Engineers.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience in a hyper-growth environment preferred.
• Experience at a B2B company preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with developer portals or API management is a plus.
