• Lead sales efforts for PhytoGen Cottonseed in the upper Gulf Coast of Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• Sales experience and ability to coach others.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in agricultural fields is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
• Understanding of Crop Protection products and market dynamics.
• Ability to build a supportive network of Retail partners.
• Pass driving record background check.
