Overview

As a Director of Client Operations, you will work directly with our enterprise clients to help them maximize value from Correlation One workforce development solutions, balancing client management with operational excellence.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client management, operations, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale client projects.

• Effective communication with executive leadership and clients.
• Expertise in organizational alignment across departments.
• Strong organizational acumen.
• Consultative mindset for spotting business growth opportunities.
• Experience in workforce development and technology sectors preferred.
