Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of networking platforms like LinkedIn.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 5 years of experience for Principal level with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in A&D industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
