The Talent Acquisition Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting Sigma’s hiring efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and screening qualified candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, relationship-building, and strategic sourcing, particularly within telecommunications, power utility, engineering, or related technical industries.

Requirements

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in telecommunications or engineering preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think critically and adapt
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
• Strong self-motivation and independence
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Background check and drug test required
• Authorized to work in the United States
