Overview

The Sr. Staff Chief Engineer will lead a cross-discipline engineering team focusing on program execution responsibilities within the Payload and Ground Systems Division at Northrop Grumman, impacting revolutionary systems in global security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM-related discipline.
• 14+ years of experience, or 12 years with a Master's Degree.
• Experience in product leadership across multiple engineering areas.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Domain expertise in defense electronic systems.
• Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM).
• Experience with Mission Systems and Space Systems Hardware Design Process.
• Experience in business capture engagement and proposals.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
