Overview

The Warranty Claims Administrator role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficient department operations.

In Short

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Respond to communications in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support department projects through research and data compilation.
  • Process invoices and financial documents as needed.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
