Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient department operations.

In Short

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a professional & timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support department projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating summaries
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents as needed
  • Provide customer service and assist internal and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or related position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
