Overview

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) works to support Customers and Builders throughout the Plains region in partnering with the following Cornerstone Building Brands: Ceco Building Systems, Metallic Building Systems, and Star Building Systems.

In Short

  • Supports Customers and Builders in the Plains region.
  • Remote position covering multiple states.
  • Attends in-person builder meetings.
  • Maintains estimates and sales quotes.
  • Provides customer training on sales systems.
  • Assists in planning regional builder meetings.
  • Prepares estimates and facilitates communications.
  • Collaborates with internal departments for customer experience.
  • Ability to work with operating systems.
  • Travel required 25%-50%.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years+ experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry preferred.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process.
  • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel.
