Overview

The OneStream Financial Systems Administrator will support the implementation and maintenance of OneStream across various financial workflows, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and data integration.

In Short

• Support OneStream implementations for FP&A, External Reporting, Corporate Accounting, and more.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions for Accounting and Finance teams.
• Create and update financial reports and provide user training.
• Manage metadata intake and execute changes in OneStream XF cubes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to OneStream.
• Manage data quality processes from source systems into OneStream XF.
• Ensure internal control governance and documentation for audits.
• Provide support for users regarding data validation and reporting issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• OneStream Administrator certification.
• Background in accounting or finance required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/statistical software.
• Familiarity with finance databases and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for effective data presentation.
