Overview

As a Systems and Solutions Administrator, you will be integral in developing internal systems and data solutions for Juniper Square, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering top-quality solutions to customers.

In Short

• Work across all company divisions to design and implement business systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for various SAAS systems.

• 5+ years of experience with business applications.
• High proficiency in program/project management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional technical solution experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and others.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Expertise in developing and managing business applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Exposure to iPAAS systems.
• Understanding of AI concepts.
