Overview

The Field Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service and technical support related to Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical issues that arise.

• Offer expert advice based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in building erection or PEMB industry.
• Strong knowledge of PEMB and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Oracle required.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% for on-site visits.
