Overview

The Director, Tax Planning & Special Projects is a key member of the corporate tax team, collaborating with various teams to align tax strategies and support M&A activities.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax planning strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting and corporate tax.
• CPA or Masters in Tax required.
• Purchase Accounting experience required.
• International operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to communicate technical tax issues effectively.
• Knowledge of ASC 740 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Experience managing outside resources and budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
