Overview

As the Director of the Mixed and Special Projects Division, you will oversee operational activities related to pyrotechnic decontamination and the management of contaminated soils, ensuring safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.

In Short

• Lead the Mixed and Special Projects Division within SARPI Remédiation France.
• Ensure the achievement of safety, quality, contractual, and financial objectives.
• Manage decontamination projects and coordinate resources.
• Validate offers and contracts and supervise safety studies.
• Participate in commercial planning and actions.
• Define CAPEX and OPEX for the Division.
• Responsible for team organization and management.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• At least 15 years of operational experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel nationally within France.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Project and contract management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer tools.
