Overview

As Chief of Staff, Special Projects at Formation Bio, you will work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives and oversee special projects that shape the company’s direction.

In Short

Lead strategic projects from conception to execution.
Manage relationships with external partners.
Oversee internal project management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Degree in business, life sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in biotechnology or business development.
Experience in managing complex partnerships.
Understanding of AI's impact on pharma.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced ability in creating presentation decks.
Strong project management and budgeting skills.
Passionate about bringing medical treatments to patients.
Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity.
