Data Analyst / Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

As the Data Analyst/Data Engineer at Cornerstone Building Brands, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the data pipelines, workflows, and reporting systems that drive NFRC certification and compliance.

In Short

• Develop and maintain structured databases and data pipelines for NFRC certification records and submissions.
• Automate workflows for data collection, simulation inputs/outputs, and certification reporting.
• Integrate NFRC simulation data into centralized data systems.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and visualizations to track certification status and compliance KPIs.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of certification documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate simulation outputs into actionable insights.
• Stay current with NFRC standards and develop tools for adapting workflows.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or process automation.
• Proficiency with SQL and one or more programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
• Experience building dashboards and reports with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of NFRC standards and simulation tools preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or building performance industries a plus.
