Data Engineer & Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer & Analyst with 4-5 years of experience who can build scalable data pipelines (ETL) and derive insights through analytics & visualization.

In Short

• Design & maintain ETL pipelines for processing structured/unstructured data using AWS services.
• Work on data modeling, warehousing, and governance best practices.
• Build efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Automate and monitor data workflows using Apache Airflow or Step Functions.
• Perform data analysis & visualization using BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards & reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across multiple sources.
• Develop expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Data Engineering & Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (or PySpark), and ETL frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data stack.
• Experience in BI tools for reporting & visualization.
• Knowledge of data warehousing & modeling best practices.
• Ability to optimize ETL pipelines & database performance.
• Exposure to big data processing is a plus.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application.
