Overview

The Manager, Sales Enablement will lead all Sales Enablement initiatives, focusing on onboarding new team members and enhancing the skills of the current sales organization.

  • Manage Sales Enablement initiatives to meet corporate objectives.
  • Maintain the Highspot Content Management Platform.
  • Design and provide measurable enablement content.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development for ongoing training programs.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to refine the sales process.
  • Support CRM adoption and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in Sales Team meetings to promote enablement strategies.
  • Work with various teams to execute GTM strategy.
  • Provide program measurements and reports to leadership.
  • Build a reporting process to measure sales enablement results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7 - 9 years of experience in Sales Enablement.
  • Prior success in a sales or advisory role.
  • Proficient in productivity and CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop relationships with decision makers.
  • Experience in developing strategies to drive business.
