Overview

The Business Development Analyst for Retail Sales at Cordros Insurance Brokers Limited is responsible for steering the company towards profitability while implementing its vision and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Actuarial Science, marketing, or relevant course.
• Membership with CIIN & NCRIB is a plus.
• An MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and management practices.
• Ability to develop strategic and business plans.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in technology-based service delivery tools.
• Strong drive and passion for selling insurance.
