Join Continuity to build the future of B2B insurance risk detection in Germany. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be our first local ambassador, focusing on expanding our presence in the German market while managing EU accounts.

In Short

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy in Germany.

  • Frequent travels required in Germany and France.
  • Work from anywhere within France and soon from Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with Enterprise clients.
  • Experience closing 1M€+ ACV deals.
  • Knowledge of the German insurance ecosystem.
  • Strong consultative and challenger selling skills.
  • Native-level German and strong English skills; French is a bonus.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience in territory planning and forecast management.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong networking skills in the insurance market.
