Overview

This role involves supporting the Sales Vertical DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with various sales administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to commercial excellence.

• Support for the Sales Vertical DACH for all sales administrative tasks
• Answer commercial questions related to pricing, rebates, and commissions
• Handle exceptions and commercial claims
• Coordinate quotation processes for designated customers
• Engage in direct customer dialogues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support customer master data coordination
• Administer contracts and agreements with customers
• Manage rebates, commissions, and special commercial terms
• Contribute to commercial excellence through standardization of tools and processes

Requirements

• Minimum administrative apprenticeship degree
• Preferably >1 year experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Administration
• Experience in the Automotive or Industry business
• Intercultural competence required
• Fluent in German, English, and Hungarian
