Product & Process Industrialization Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Product & Process Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for reviewing product specifications, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials, leading the industrialization team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve manufacturing processes.

• Review new product process specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of moulds and production materials.
• Lead the industrialization team from sample preparation to approval.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering for process improvements.
• Train shopfloor teams on new procedures and quality requirements.
• Monitor production and advise on corrective actions.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualified in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience in an ISO 9001 accredited company is a plus.
