Industrialization Engineer/Technician - Remote

Emerson is a major player in the industrial sector internationally, recognized for its expertise in the design and manufacture of high-quality pneumatic products. We are looking for our Industrialization Methods Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic and innovative team.

In Short

• Finalize and ensure the reliability of new automated processes (mechanical, automation, robotics) for our new pneumatic platform.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize performance (productivity, costs, quality).
• Analyze malfunctions and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Establish methods, tools, and equipment suitable for the industrialization of products in series.
• Ensure compliance of processes with Emerson standards, safety, and quality standards.
• Support training and assist operators on new processes and technologies.
• Analyze and define the industrial processes necessary for the production of new pneumatic products.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.).
• Mechanical orientation, comfortable and skilled in design using CREO.
• Good knowledge of Automation and Robotics (SIEMENS, BECKHOFF, FANUC).
• Interest in new technologies and innovation IIoT, Industry 4.0.
• Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Knowledge of production management tools, process modeling, and office tools (Excel, SAP, etc.).
• Technical English.
• Autonomy, rigor, teamwork spirit, and excellent analytical skills.
