Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in B2B Product Management, Sales, or Marketing.
• Knowledge of industrial products, especially rubber.
• Project management and leadership experience required.
• Ability to work in diverse global teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent multicultural communication skills.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).
• Willingness for domestic and international travel.
