Order Management Associate / Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Associate / Analyst will manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and resolving conflicts while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com
• Accurately enter orders into SAP
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment
• Ensure order fulfillment and correct electronic order errors
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Perform SAP transactions for order status and product information
• Coordinate with various departments to address customer inquiries
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain work instruction documents
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment
• Familiarity with customer service technology infrastructure
