Overview

The Labor Relations & Standards Specialist will support the development and deployment of labor relations strategies across the APAC region, advising management on labor strategy and compliance with employment regulations.

• Support HR activities related to labor relations and employee relations.
• Assist HR Managers and Site Management on labor relations topics.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Participate in local labor negotiations and contract administration.
• Build a labor relations network with local experts.
• Address legal issues related to employee complaints and discrimination.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (LLB / PGD in Law).
• 2-3 years of experience in labor and employee relations.
• Preferred: some years of HR experience.
• Strong intercultural communication skills.
