In Short

  • Identify and pursue inbound sales opportunities while actively conducting outbound prospecting efforts to attract high-quality vendors to the NinjaTrader Ecosystem.
  • Guide new vendors through our comprehensive onboarding process, including compliance checks, quality assurance testing, and facilitating a seamless handoff to Vendor Support post-approval.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with vendors to support mutual growth and foster increased platform adoption.
  • Provide ongoing communication and proactive support to progress new vendors through the onboarding process and ensure the satisfaction of existing vendors.
  • Collaborate with the vendor relations team to coordinate webinar events, sponsored advertising, and other promotional opportunities for vendors.
  • Participate in weekly Vendor Support Team meetings and provide updates on vendor progress and compliance matters.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Confluence to manage daily tasks, track progress, and report on vendor activity.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency – Fluency in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills essential for success in this role.
  • Market Knowledge – In-depth familiarity with the German market and an understanding of industry trends.
  • Experience – Minimum of two years in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Sales Acumen – Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-oriented "hunter" mentality.
  • Technical Skills – Familiarity with NinjaTrader’s platform; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Industry Insight – Knowledge of the commodity futures industry or trading is highly preferred.
  • Collaborative Ability – Proven capability to work effectively with multiple teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Sales Support, Product Management, and the Executive team.
  • Organizational Skills – Strong project management capabilities with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism – A polished and professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and industry partners.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive to grow the NinjaTrader Ecosystem.
