Overview

As part of our HR team, we’re seeking a skilled HR Services Delivery Specialist to manage, monitor, and support critical HR processes that remain in-house after outsourcing transactional services to a BPO.

In Short

• Governance over HR Service Delivery and processes.
• Regional process owner for defined HR process families.
• Provide insights and support on HR services.
• Develop standardized processes and ensure compliance.
• Analyse and resolve HR service-related issues.
• Align with HR Service Control & Compliance.
• Drive process digitalization.
• Provide support materials and training.
• Communicate changes and improvements.
• Conduct periodic payroll audits.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Payroll, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communicator and collaborator.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Knowledge of Workforce Administration and Payroll processes.
• Understanding of local labor law and compliance standards.
• Experience in management of Payroll Vendors.
