Overview

The HR Global Process Owner – Workforce Data Management role involves owning and defining the end-to-end Workforce Data Management process, ensuring data quality, and collaborating across functions to support HR operations.

In Short

  • Own and define Workforce Data Management processes.

  • Support global projects on data migration and system upgrades.
  • Provide personalized support to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Five+ years of experience in HR master data management.
  • Strong expertise in HR data governance and HRIS configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with global HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated success in process standardization.
