Requirements

• Degree in Financial Mathematics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in occupational pensions.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing international and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations, especially in German tax and social security law.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative and sense of responsibility.
