Global Manager Health - Remote

Overview

The Global Manager Health will oversee Health and Safety operations, ensuring compliance and improving performance across the ContiTech organization.

In Short

• Manage Health and Safety operations globally.
• Develop proposals for Health & Safety in alignment with CT strategy.
• Safeguard the ESH Management System for compliance.
• Gather and analyze Health performance data.
• Identify and report Health & Safety risks.
• Collaborate with the CT ESH team.
• Travel required (approx. 10-20%).
• Support continuous improvement in Health performance.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Strong focus on Ergonomics.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Health Management or comparable.
• Long-term experience in a leading or management position.
• Knowledge of International Standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Experience as ESH/Safety System Auditor preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Collaborative team player.
• Structured approach and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.
