The Global Health & Safety Manager at PB Leiner is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing a safety management system and policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace across global operations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of health and safety management experience.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Experience in the food industry is preferred.
  • Certified Occupational Safety Specialist is a plus.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
