Requirements

• Health & Safety qualification or equivalent experience.

• Practical experience in accident/incident investigations.
• Experience with risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Multi-site experience is desirable but not essential.
• Operational environment experience is advantageous.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to safety.
• Ability to motivate and influence colleagues.
• Competence in H&S legislation and best practices.
