In Short

• You are responsible for the effective implementation of corporate standards and procedures for occupational safety and health in close coordination with management.
• Creating and continuously updating risk assessments for workplaces (from office, home office to international construction sites) is part of your responsibilities.
• You communicate with departments and employees regarding the implementation of safety concepts and take appropriate measures in case of violations and accidents.
• You are responsible for project coordination in the context of SCL certification (Safety Culture Ladder).
• You are in charge of supporting an effective HSE management and audit program for subcontractors.
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining effective emergency plans, safety programs, and access control procedures at the site and on construction sites.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or economic field.
• You have several years of professional experience in health management and occupational safety.
• A qualification as a safety specialist and/or safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) is an advantage.
• You bring a structured and pragmatic working style with a high level of results orientation.
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications is essential.
• You are willing to travel occasionally to construction sites and areas of employee deployment.
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form round off your profile.
