The Workplace Community Specialist will play a key role in creating an exceptional office experience and fostering a vibrant company culture in the Southern Europe offices of Contentsquare.

In Short

• Part-time role working Tuesdays to Thursdays.
• Main point of contact for employees and suppliers.
• Manage food offerings and administrative budget.
• Support new joiners with software accounts and office introductions.
• Lead local Culture Crew events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain office equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety programs.
• Assist with strategic projects and some travel may be required.
• Work closely with global teams across various countries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management with a focus on event planning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Passionate about event organization and creative planning.
• Energetic and eager to contribute to workplace culture.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
