In Short

• Leading local social media and brand activation initiatives including community events, Instagram engagement, and UGC video creation
• Supporting the local PR team with content and community initiatives
• Creating and implementing social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
• Reporting organic social activation metrics to the central social media manager
• Interacting with our community through comments, messages, and reviews
• Monitoring Spanish market social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly
• Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators
• Managing translation work for our Spanish market communications
• Leading and organising local community events and activations

Requirements

• You have 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community management
• You are a native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a proven track record of creating viral content and managing successful social media campaigns
• You have extensive knowledge of social media platforms and current trends in Spain
• You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• You have experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• You are creative, with the ability to produce engaging content for a Spanish audience
• You have a strong interest in mental health and wellness topics
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• You have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles
• You are fluent in English (ability to communicate with the wider team)
• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
