Leading local social media and brand activation initiatives including community events, Instagram engagement, and UGC video creation
Supporting the local PR team with content and community initiatives
Creating and implementing social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
Reporting organic social activation metrics to the central social media manager
Interacting with our community through comments, messages, and reviews
Monitoring Spanish market social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly

Requirements

You have 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community management
You are a native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a proven track record of creating viral content and managing successful social media campaigns
You have extensive knowledge of social media platforms and current trends in Spain
You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
You have experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms
You are creative, with the ability to produce engaging content for a Spanish audience
You have a strong interest in mental health and wellness topics
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
You have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles
You are fluent in English (ability to communicate with the wider team)
You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
