Marketing Communications Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for smooth operational processes (customer transitions, market communication, and customer service).
• Provide quick and satisfactory solutions for clarifications.
• Improve operational workflow through automated processes and standardized workflows.
• Knowledge in energy economics, market, and EDIFACT communication.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure excellent customer support.
• Respond promptly to customer and market partner inquiries via phone/chat/email.
• Take responsibility for tasks and contribute ideas and suggestions independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably technical or business-related) or at least 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Experience in market communication in the energy sector.
• High quality standards and a can-do attitude that motivates others.
• Strong teamwork skills and passion for working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Interest in the energy sector and energy economics.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
