Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client.

In Short

• Design and develop training materials for government clients.

• Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training development.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience managing training and communications teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.
