Overview

The Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program focuses on enhancing the operational effectiveness of the United States military through the evaluation of emerging technologies and complex operational environments.

In Short

• Support programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for JT&E projects.
• Apply statistical methods and operations research methodologies.
• Develop data-driven solutions to optimize military operations.
• Utilize analytical tools to evaluate operational performance.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions in military environments.
• Conduct problem decomposition and concept development.
• Provide statistical and data analysis techniques.
• Experience in developing test and evaluation plans is preferred.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of ORSA-related experience may substitute for a Master's in a non-technical field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 10 years of experience may also be considered.
• Proficiency in statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with modeling and simulation applications.
