Overview

The F/A-18 Program Integration Officer (PIO) will support the F/A-18 Program Management community by streamlining business operations and implementing Program Management Best Practices.

In Short

• Support and streamline F/A-18 Program operations.
• Facilitate internal and external engagements.
• Drive implementation of Program Management Best Practices.
• Manage program communications and documentation.
• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.
• Facilitate key program meetings.
• Assist in Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• 100% onsite presence required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Boeing Program Management Best Practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience in project management or business operations.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Experience with risk management systems preferred.
• Experience briefing executive leadership preferred.
