Overview

The VA & Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day business operations and assist with marketing task follow-ups, primarily in a remote capacity.

In Short

  • 3+ years' experience in admin, project coordination, or virtual assistance.
  • Familiarity with Teamwork.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and client communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Track marketing tasks and deadlines using Teamwork.com.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client updates and feedback.
  • Assist with creating quotes, proposals, and managing social media.
  • Help with onboarding processes and maintaining business systems.
  • Prepare invoices and assist with basic reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Teamwork.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
