The Outbound Sales Representative - Appointment Setter role involves engaging with clients in the UK, US, or Australia to set appointments and discuss company solutions.

In Short

  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in online research and Microsoft Office.
  • Outbound appointment setting via phone.
  • Showcase and discuss solutions with prospects.
  • Answer basic questions regarding the company and services.
  • Track correspondence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and HubSpot.
  • Set meeting schedules with clients.
  • Collate data and generate reports for management.

Requirements

  • Experience engaging with UK, US, or Australian clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in BPO or offshore staffing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM tools is beneficial.
