Overview

The 1st Level JSON API Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with issues related to JSON APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON structure.
• Proficiency in using API testing tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages is a plus.
• Ability to analyze API logs and debug issues.
• Clear communication of technical information.
