The Regional Manager will oversee the management of multiple affordable housing properties, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in regional/district management.
• 4+ years in affordable housing management.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• YARDI Voyager experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain professional certifications.
• Flexibility for regional travel.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
